Is in that a route of converting my USB pen from FAT32 to NTFS?

I enjoy pen drive and i want ot convert it into NTFS is there a program i can use as i dont return with the option surrounded by Disk manager.

Simply open a DOS skylight (Start->run->type 'cmd')



Then type convert E: /fs:ntfs



(replacing E: with the appropriate message for your drive - check my computer to find out what it is.)
