He ain't crazy, it be a bidding that he had started. The starting bid be Re. 1/=. People see the item and if they like it bid a better price. Once the bidding window coses, the matchless bidder gets the item.

well its individual Re.1 but he will take shipping charges of 1000 so ultimately u will turn paying impossible to tell apart, u wont loose but the seller gain as he pays 5 % commission on the sale utility here its Re.1
