My current USB's are opening too slow and i need to know if nearby are any stores like best buy to buy something to kind it faster. any ideas of what and where on earth to buy something would highly facilitate!

You can't upgrade your usb1.1 to 2.0 .
You have to buy a fresh pci card that supports usb2.0

u can buy an external 2.0 usb port reader, which have a usb 1.1 output
internal, you need a vacate PCI slot
