its a class 1.USB Dongle.seem like the driver cant be used for this device.can anybody assistance me please...
ive bought a USB bluetooth device.after i installed it (using the installation cd), i still cant operate it.?
go to the wed address for the device you hold got and download the correct drivers. you can also use bluesoleil.
Start communicating from the device that you hold to the system. It should definetely work.
i would like to suggest you some steps
Step -1
first of adjectives remove all the big-hearted of softwares u have installed to use USB device
Step -2
Restart your PC contained by safe mode and check whether any software is in that then remove it. (make it similar to previous to usb device installation)
Step -3
Dont plug on the USB dongle
Step -4
only put the cd contained by the drive and autorun it or install only software from that compact disc
Step -5
after software installation it will ask you for usb dongle. at that time attached the usb device to pc
Step - 6
after attaching the device it will install some drivers automaticaly only goagainst
Step - 7
After completion just cart one resatart of the system will automaticaly detect your usb device
