sony psp? i want to be capable of use it as a control remote for my Sony TV or PS2

i''ve seen that beforehand and it IS, i saw it on my friends he had it controlling his integral Audio set up
there a program, im not sure what it's call but it uses the infrared jack on the Psp just a controler
