Sorry first I'm a student from Malaysia trying to help you, hopefully my information can assist you greatly.

The product-key on the instruction manual could be a preview only, read through the instruction book to see if it is stated which place/label/card is printed with the product push button. Usually you could find the product key sheltered with stipulation message on how you should handle it.

It is a polite idea to receive a call to the software supplier help-desk to seek assistance upon this issue.

Also, we are have the chance to be confused on '0' not anything and alphabet 'O' too.

BEST REGARDS,

Jack
