Is in attendance a path to brand name a Windows XP Pro Embedded SP 2 Cd ...?

I own an authentic Windows XP Pro cd, but there is no service pack embedded within it. The problem I am having, is that I a moment ago bought a 300GB hard drive and Windows XP won't sanction all of it (will solely recognize 180GB out of the 300) short at least SP1. Well, is nearby a work around for this problem?

I had done it up to that time but essentially, you have to be paid a new compact disc from your old one next to service pack 2 installed already.

In order to do this, you enjoy to make sure out of sight files are shown on your system along with the report extensions.

Next, copy the contents of your Windows cd into a new folder on your desktop.

Then, download service pack 2 from the first relationship below.

Finally, look at the second link to integrate the downloaded wallet into the windows cd contents you copied first.

Make a unusual windows compact disc with those cobined files from the folder and it should install XP pro near service pack 2.
If u find a way e-mail me.
Couldn't you of late download the service pack 2 update from windows update website?
