On your Hard Drive? No. Hard drive technology have noting contained by relation to PCI-X or AGP. AGP is strictly for graphic cards. if you intended mother board that's the circuit board that everything is connected to inside the computer case, later no. AGP and specially PCI Express technologies be designed to be supported by the motherboard in a specific mode, using a adaptor would defeat any and adjectives purpose of those technologies. Now if you own a PCI Express slot already and want to add more complex drives, then yes, you can buy a PCI Xpress Sata or EIDE card that will allow you to plug more sturdy drives into the system. I hope this answers your question.
Uhhh, no. An AGP or PCI express port is hardware, it go on the motherboard and connects at the back of the casing. They need to come beside your motherboard, you can't add them after that.
