Is nearby another bearing to conversion camera source for webcam operation?

I hold done everything under preferences (see below)

Click the "Messenger" menu within Yahoo! Messenger and select "Start My Webcam."

Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences."

Click the "Webcam" category.

Click the "Camera Source" button.

Click the pull-down menu and select the desired camera.

Click the "OK" button.



The simply camera source I am seeing is Microsoft WDM Image Capture(win 32) Version 5.1 2600.21



The actual capture source is QuickCam Orbit/Sphere MP.

Am not competent to change camera source.

I had a similar problem. Bugged me for 2 weeks. Tried removing the messenger program and reinstall to no avail. Solved it this morning.



You requirement to permanently deleat or trash, adjectives preferences! On my Mac we have a system nouns folder. I found about 5 different yahoo preferences. After removing them adjectives problem was solved.



Warning doing this channel you will have to reset up adjectives preference selection including your avatar and any yahoo passwords remembered by your computor.
