I am looking for a means of access where I can turn my MP3's into MIDI directory format, but not poly form but words and music orignal song,,, so I can put it on my phone as a ring tone, I want it hi fi, not poly.... I have away to put them on my cell phone I freshly need to turn the music into MIDI wallet format with out ruining the song...

Nope, can't be done. A midi report is operated by a synthesizer, and not the nouns part of your nouns card.
