Not but! Laptops right now don't enjoy any connections that can hook up to video cards fast plenty. Desktops have PCI-E, which, at x16, tops out at 8 Gbps, but laptops merely have CardBus to take by (which is equivalent to the older PCI slot) and tops out at 132 Mbps.



When laptops carry some sort of externally accessible bus that can go as hurried as PCI-E, you'll see external video card for laptops.
as far as my knowledge go, no, i recently purchases a multimedia laptop from hp and the video card is internal, if you want yours replaced i would bring it to best buy ( geek squad ) and if you but the card within i think they install it free or for a cheap price
There is no nouns for external video cards on laptops, and most laptops can not even get a video upgrade as the video chipset is built into the motherboards.



There is a Video connector on most laptops that allow you to plug within a external monitor though.
